Breed Education Seminar

Each year we are blessed with a new surge of beautiful Collie puppies that fill our eyes and delight our souls. What makes those captivating prodigy puppies catch your attention and take your breath away? Are they born with that allure or is it cultivated?  Come join our presenters:
Lotta Hedman - Milas
Nancy Anstruther - Tallywood
Marianne Sullivan - Millknock
Dianna Hiiesalu - Entais
and the Breed Education Committee to discuss and share insights on raising and conditioning puppies to ready them for show and performance rings. Special video footage by Leslie Rappaport, Kings Valley, will also be presented.

Seminar fee includes a beautiful bound handout booklet, a light continental breakfast, and ringside mentoring.

Collie Club of America Judges Education Seminar

The Judges Education Seminar is open to currently licensed Collie judges or prospective judges who have applied or will be applying to judge Collies.
The classroom portion with hands-on are included in the program. 
Ringside mentoring will also be available.

All day Tuesday you will be able to pick up your wristband(s) which will allow you to have a chance at door prizes and/or pick up your dinner(s) that night.

Invitational Presentation & Reception

Wednesday, March 27

  • The Invitational Reception will begin after the conclusion of judging.
  • The Invitational Presentation will take place in the conformation show ring, beginning at at 7:00 pm.

The Invitational Presentation is open to the top ten ranked Roughs, Smooths, Juniors, and Performance winners from 2018 AKC show records. Qualifiers will be notified by invitation as soon as official results are available.

Invitational catalogs may be pre-ordered with your National show catalog; only a limited number will be sold at the National.

Collie Health Foundation Banquet & Auction

Cocktail Hour with Speaker, Dinner, and Live Auction

It’s time again for the Foundation’s annual dinner and live auction. This year we are pleased to have a sit-down dinner. Make it a point to attend a fun-filled informative evening with a chance to buy that one-of-a-kind prized piece of Collie memorabilia or artwork. We never know who has more fun, our auctioneers, Dr. David Hansen and Bob Kelly, our “Vannas”, or the audience! We promise if you come once, you’ll join us again and again.

35th Annual Banquet

The annual gala will be held in the beautiful Cotillion Ballroom at the Marriott Pere Marquette hotel. The evening will include the Right Stuff award and the induction of Glen Twiford, Wind-Call Collies, and John Honig, Accalia Collies, into the Hall of Fame. 

Come early to enjoy cocktails as you stroll the entire gallery of past Hall of Fame posters on display in celebration of our 35th event!
